and i'm so glad that the year off happened. Because sometimes we dont want it - but we need it. we just do. we want to pretend that we don't. we want to force things into the way that WE want them. but sometimes our bodies and our brains say no. and no is no.
and this year was hard snook. so hard. and something that hard needed some serious rehabilitation.
