Hola mis amigas, por aquí estoy dispuesta a participar en Ladies of Hive Community Contest #117, a continuación responderé a una de las preguntas de esta semana:
Una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere seguir activa en Hive, alegando que no puede dedicarle tiempo, que la moneda está muy poco valorada y que sólo unos pocos leen sus mensajes. ¿Qué podrías hacer para animarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo?
Amiga todos en Hive pasamos por esa situación, bueno en mi caso también pase una situación mucho peor, me quede sin herramientas para seguir escribiendo (teléfono Celular, ni pc), y luego cuando ya tenía todo a la mano inicie nuevamente con la escritura y si una de las cosas que más me apasiona es escribir y si el tema de la moneda está un poco mal, pero tengo la fe de que si podremos salir adelante, vendrán tiempos bueno amiga y si ya estas embarcada en este burro, arrearlo, que lo demás llega solo.
¿Consejos de escritura?
Yo últimamente he dedicado mis escrituras en la participación en concursos como este o iniciativas que te ayudan a que puedas sacar lo mejor de ti, quizás pienses que no eres muy buena escribiendo o casas así, pero las iniciativas nos abren el paso para sacar desde nuestro interior tantas cosas que tenemos para dar. Y que con algunos 10 minutos de tu tiempo que te tomes a diario podrás escribir y participar donde más te sientas a gusto.
¿Gestión del tiempo?
El tiempo es una de las cosas que debes considerar, ya que en particular no me gusta saturar mi cuenta publicando más de un post diario, y bueno si vives en un lugar donde no se va la luz (como en mi caso que hay racionamiento eléctrico diario por 5horas), puedes organizar tu horario de publicaciones, te sugiero publica cada 24 horas, y mantendrás tu cuenta activa, de la misma forma responder a tus mensajes que te puedan dejar, eso también es importante para el flujo de votos y sobre todo interactúa en Discord, un saludito todos los días o día por medio te ayuda a mantener amigos que luego puedes invitarlos a ver tus publicaciones.
¿Otros?
Actualmente los contenidos que tienen más visualizaciones y sobre todo ganancia en votos son, los de vida personal, criptomonedas, deportes, fotografías, concursos de cualquier índole.
Lo más importante amiga de todo esto es que te disfrutes cada publicación, hazlas agradables que te gusten mucho a ti y a los demás de seguro les encantaran.
Espero de todo corazón puedas enamorarte de este mundo sé que la economía cuenta, pero trata de verlo más allá de eso, de una forma de divertirte, de aprendizaje y sobre todo de compartir con los demás. Un abrazo amiga y ánimo sigue adelante.

52 reputation friend says she no longer wants to be active on Hive, claiming that she can't devote time to it, that the currency is too low valued and that only a few read her posts. What could you do to encourage her and help her to keep trying?
Friend all of us in Hive went through that situation, well in my case I also went through a much worse situation, I was left without tools to continue writing (cell phone, or pc), and then when I had everything at hand I started writing again and if one of the things that I am most passionate about is writing and if the issue of the coin is a little bad, but I have faith that if we can move forward, good times will come friend and if you are already embarked on this donkey, herd it, the rest comes alone.
Writing tips?
Lately I have dedicated my writings to participate in contests like this or initiatives that help you to get the best out of you, maybe you think you are not very good at writing or houses like that, but the initiatives open the way to bring out from within us so many things we have to give. And that with a few 10 minutes of your time that you take daily you can write and participate where you feel most comfortable.
Time management?
Time is one of the things you should consider, since I don't like to saturate my account publishing more than one post a day, and well if you live in a place where there is no electricity (as in my case there is daily electricity rationing for 5 hours), you can organize your publication schedule, I suggest you publish every 24 hours, and you will keep your account active, in the same way respond to your messages that can leave you, that is also important for the flow of votes and above all interact in Discord, a greeting every day or every other day helps you to keep friends that you can then invite them to see your publications.
Others?
Currently the contents that have more views and above all gain in votes are those of personal life, cryptocurrencies, sports, photography, contests of any kind.
The most important thing of all this is that you enjoy each publication, make them enjoyable and that you and others will love them for sure.

Time management has to be one of the most difficult when it comes to Hive. Because, in my case, I feel like it is never enough and I always try to do more. In the end, I accomplish on Hive but have work piled up elsewhere and that leaves me frustrated. In response, I may go off hive for days or even months. But this is something I am working on to make it easier for me to love Hive and give my best.
Claro amiga que el tiempo que uses en hive sea de provecho, hive resulta ser muy importante en nuestras vidas, y es por ello que debemos sacarle unos cuantos minutos de nuestro día a día, como cuando tenemos una planta y debemos todos los días colocarle agua porque se muere.... Saludos para tí.

Mis inicios se los dediqué al tema de pensamientos y emociones, aún no existía la comunidad emotion&feelings, luego opté por relajarme con los relatos y participar en concursos como este.
Esta recomendación me la dieron cuando inicié, aunque hay quienes publican hasta dos y tres veces diarias igual tienen monetizaciones.
