⏺ Quiero que me cuentes un "hack" (un truco o atajo que te facilite la vida) que te haya cambiado la vida por completo. Que sea inspirador para mí y para otros lectores. Puede ser cualquier truco o cambio que hayas hecho. Debe ser algo que HICIERAS TÚ MISMO. Cuéntame, ¿cómo funcionó? y ¿qué necesitaste?. ¿Te costó tiempo, dinero, etc.? ¿Y cuánto duró?
⏺ I want you to tell me about a life changing "hack" (a trick or shortcut that makes your life easier), the one that changed your life totally. Be inspiring to me and other readers. It can be any hack or change you made. It must be a thing YOU DID, YOURSELF! Tell me how it worked and what was needed. Did it cost you time, money, etc.? And how long did it last?
A lo largo de mi vida he pasado por diferentes procesos los cuales me han hecho madurar mucho como mujer y como ser humano... He podido reflexionar y he tomado acciones muy concretas para salir adelante y para ser mejor persona cada día más...
Throughout my life I have gone through different processes which have made me mature a lot as a woman and as a human being.... I have been able to reflect and I have taken very concrete actions to move forward and to be a better person every day...
Se puede decir que esas acciones que tomé son mis "hack" o son mis "trucos" para llevar una vida mejor, por supuesto que me han facilitado la vida 100% mejor, y definitivamente, puedo decir que sí me han cambiado la vida por completo.
You can say that those actions that I took are my "hacks" or are my "tricks" to lead a better life, of course they have made my life 100% better, and definitely, I can say that they have changed my life completely.
¿Cómo funcionó? "Funcionó muy bien desde que empecé a practicarlos y aún funcionan perfectamente gracias a Dios" 🙏, ¿Qué necesitaste?... "Necesité mucha planificación, dedicación y ponerle todo mi corazón, y la verdad estoy muy feliz de haberlo echo porque mi vida cambió para bien".... ¿Te costó tiempo, dinero, etc.?... "No me costó dinero, pero si me costó y me cuesta mucho tiempo, que para mí es tiempo de calidad".... ¿Y cuánto duró?... "Aún están en mi vida, son 4 trucos o acciones maravillosas, y a continuación se las voy a detallar".

1. Sin duda alguna la primera es "ESCRIBIR" ✏️ inicié a hacer esta práctica desde que empecé a estudiar en la Universidad para planificar mis exámenes y las actividades que tenía en la semana, luego, como veía que el método me estaba haciendo muy bien y con muy buenos resultados, entonces empecé a escribir hasta la ropa que iba a usar en la semana y así tenía todo totalmente organizado y eso me daba mucha paz... Hoy por hoy practico este método o truco escribiendo hasta la comida que voy a preparar en toda la semana... también escribo las cosas que quiero hacer en mi casa, las cosas que hacen falta de comida u otras cosas, y al entrar acá también escribo las publicaciones que pienso hacer! Les recomiendo esta práctica 100% Ladies es maravillosa y mágica, verán que todo les saldrá mucho mejor.
1. Without any doubt the first one is "WRITING" ✏️ I started to do this practice since I started studying at the University to plan my exams and the activities I had during the week, then, as I saw that the method was doing me very well and with very good results, then I started to write even the clothes I was going to wear during the week and so I had everything completely organized and that gave me a lot of peace... Nowadays I practice this method or trick writing even the food I am going to prepare during the week... I also write the things I want to do in my house, the things I need to eat or other things, and when I enter here I also write the publications I plan to do! I recommend this practice 100% Ladies it is wonderful and magical, you will see that everything will work out much better for you.
2. En segundo lugar tengo "SONREÍR CADA DÍA" 😃 este truco es muy importante en mi vida porque al hacerlo siento mucha paz interior, y como dicen por allí "una sonrisa alegra el alma y el corazón", para mí eso es completamente cierto y por eso desde que me levanto estoy sonriendo y agradeciendo a Dios por mi nuevo día, por la salud y por estar en mi vida... Así tenga muchos problemas o esté muy triste yo trato de sonreír porque así veo mejor las cosas y paso la página! Sonreír realmente ha mejorado mucho mi calidad de vida y me siento feliz de practicarlo.
2. Secondly I have "SMILE EVERY DAY" 😃 this trick is very important in my life because when I do it I feel a lot of inner peace, and as they say over there "a smile gladdens the soul and the heart", for me that is completely true and that is why since I wake up I am smiling and thanking God for my new day, for health and for being in my life..... Even if I have a lot of problems or I am very sad I try to smile because that way I see things better and I turn the page! Smiling has really improved my quality of life and I am happy to practice it.
3. Hacer una "AFIRMACIÓN DIARIAMENTE" 📝 definitivamente afirmar que tú día estará lleno de bendiciones, de salud, de felicidad es maravilloso Ladies, este es mi principal truco, lo practico desde hace muy poco y me arrepiento de no haberlo echo desde antes porque la paz interior que me genera es tan bonita que estoy feliz de hacerlo. Al despertarme lo primero que hago es agradecer a Dios por el nuevo día con una gran sonrisa y de una vez pienso, escribo o leo mi afirmación del día y ya con hacer eso me siento totalmente lista de empezar mi rutina con las mejores energías y con una seguridad interior muy bonita.
Make a "DAILY AFFIRMATION" 📝 definitely affirm that your day will be full of blessings, health, happiness is wonderful Ladies, this is my main trick, I practice it since very recently and I regret not having done it before because the inner peace it generates is so nice that I'm happy to do it. When I wake up the first thing I do is to thank God for the new day with a big smile and at once I think, write or read my affirmation of the day and just by doing that I feel totally ready to start my routine with the best energies and with a very nice inner security.
4. Y por último truco tengo en mi vida "MANTENER TODO EN ORDEN" 😉 Ladies les confieso que soy una mujer ordenadamente compulsiva (risas), pero ese truco ha salvado mi vida mil veces, ya que siempre sé en dónde está cada cosa, mantengo mi hogar muy organizado y bonito, soy de las que dobla hasta la ropa interior de mi familia, y como les dije, me gusta escribir todo y mi plan de organización es muy estricto, pero créanme, ser así me ha dado muy buenos resultados y la paz interior que me genera es infinita... amo mi orden y eso ha echo más práctico mi estilo de vida y me ha facilitado mis días completamente!
4. And last trick I have in my life "KEEP EVERYTHING IN ORDER" 😉 Ladies I confess that I am a compulsive orderly woman (laughs), but that trick has saved my life a thousand times, since I always know where everything is, I keep my home very organized and nice, I am one of those who folds even my family's underwear, and as I said, I like to write everything and my organization plan is very strict, but believe me, being like that has given me very good results and the inner peace it generates is infinite.... I love my order and that has made my lifestyle more practical and has made my days easier!

Amiga ame tu publicación, me sentí tan identificada en cada uno de esos "trucos" es como si un escanear me pasara por la cabeza jajajaja práctico esos trucos en mi día a día, el escribir es una sensación de plenitud me hace ter todo en orden, y a saber que no me saltare nada en el día o la semana, es magnífico.
Y el tema del orden bueno soy nivel estricta con este tema jajaja aunque con dos bebés en casa la cosa se pone a veces difícil y bajo un poco la guardia sin embargo es algo que trato de enseñarles a ellas.
Pero al final del día me vez supervisando que este todo en orden 🤣

Sii creo que muchas nos identificamos con estos trucos, es que son realmente maravillosos... Yo también tengo 2 niñas amiga de 6 y 8 años exactamente y desde más pequeñas han sabido llevar el orden porque ven mi día a día y así se van acostumbrando a ser organizadas como yo...
Jaja yo también superviso antes de irme a dormir que todo esté en orden, ya ese es mi estilo de vida!
