Stress is not a good thing for sure. What's worse, is at times, I don't feel stressed when I am!

Having fun, like you mentioned watching a comedy or listening to music, can help a lot. Pet a cat-it's proven to reduce stress! Go out for a walk or hike in nature! Nature soothes us as well.

I buy the hiking idea, that is a better way off stress.
