Sometimes I sit down and think about many things and one of that thing that comes to my mind is how people see me.

I start thinking I did something wrong if someone doesn’t talk to me. But that is just how it is when you already feel small. You start thinking everything is your fault.

You start thinking that you are not important to anyone and that if you disappear, life will just go on for everyone else.

Maybe when I try to share my thoughts sometimes, people don’t react the way I expect them to and when others shares theirs, they laugh and praise.

Is something wrong with me. Maybe its my face? My voice? My size? My behavior? Maybe I’m too boring and quiet and not the kind of person people wants around.

These kind of thoughts makes me feel like nobody really cares.

But one day I saw a post online and it really lifted my spirit. That was when I started to see that we think too much about what people say about us.

You can’t expect everyone to like you and honestly, that’s okay. Even the most kindest person in the world still has someone who just doesn't like them .

I learnt to focus on myself and letting things go. Although I still have these thoughts, they still comes to my mind. But there is a difference between then and now.

No matter how good you think you, people will still see something to talk about. So why stress yourself? The people meant to be in your life will always stay.

I am enough. I am loved. I am doing well. And even if nobody says it to me. I’ll keep telling it to myself, until I believe it completely.
