Hay muchos aspectos en nuestras vidas; vivencias propias y ajenas que han servido de ejemplo y guía para llegar a donde hoy nos encontramos a lo que somos, que nos muestran lo bello que puede ser nuestro Ser y al hablar de belleza me refiero tanto a la externa como la interior, la que muchas veces nos hace lucir mejor.

Hoy, la amiga @nainaztengra pide de esta manera que muestre:

La Mujer Bella que eres - Muestra tus fotos donde crees que has estado en tu mejor momento. No se trata sólo de la ropa, sino también de lo que estás haciendo en tu vida. Los mejores momentos de mi vida los he obtenido al estar en familia y cuando he estado haciendo lo que amo, enseñar, al lado de mis alumnos a quienes siempre consideré como mis hijos nacidos en otra madre. Cuando estoy con mis hijos me siento realmente plena y cuando me tocó estar en la escuela, en mi ambiente de trabajo, con mis niños me sentí útil, necesaria y esto es una de las cosas que más me llena.

There are many aspects in our lives; our own and other people's experiences that have served as an example and guide to get to where we are today, that show us how beautiful our Being can be and when I talk about beauty I mean both the external and the internal, the one that often makes us look better.

Today, our friend @nainaztengra asks me to show you in this way:

The best moments of my life have come when I have been with my family and when I have been doing what I love, teaching, with my students whom I have always considered as my children born in another mother. When I am with my children I feel really fulfilled and when it was my turn to be at school, in my work environment, with my children I felt useful, necessary and this is one of the things that fulfils me the most.

El Ser maestra es un estilo de vida. Siento que se enseña mucho más con los hechos que con las palabras. Desde la preparación para cada clase, hasta lo que escribo para cada boletín en las evaluaciones individuales es muy importante porque sé que tiene mucho peso en el sentir de cada niño y representante. Por tal motivo trato de tener mucho cuidado de expresar exactamente lo que quiero decir y que así se entienda.

Being a teacher is a way of life. I feel that one teaches much more with actions than with words. From the preparation for each class, to what I write for each bulletin in the individual evaluations is very important because I know that it has a lot of weight in the feelings of each child and representative. For this reason I try to be very careful to express exactly what I want to say so that it is understood.

Como segunda petición tenemos:

Tu "tiempo para MÍ" es muy importante, especialmente para las mujeres que somos amas de casa. Tendemos a involucrarnos tanto en los asuntos cotidianos del hogar que nos olvidamos de que también necesitamos atención y tiempo para nosotras mismas. ¿Tienes un "tiempo para MÍ"? ¿Cómo pasas ese "tiempo YO"? Comparte tu "tiempo para MÍ", ya sea dedicándote a un hobby o a una actividad que te produzca placer, calme tu mente y te aporte felicidad.

Si hay algo que amo hacer y que no pierdo oportunidad de hacerlo es "Ver los atardeceres" y muchas veces los dejo para el recuerdo en una fotografía. Ellos son mi relajante particular :) Cuando me siento, ya sea frente al mar o me paro frente a mi ventana, muchas veces acompañada de una taza de café y los observo, sobre todo los de Cumaná, ciudad en la que resido actualmente; siento que las cargas se aligeran y se renuevan mis fuerzas. Como si la calidez de los rayos del sol llegaran y calentaran hasta dentro de mi. Me pongo de muy buen humor.

Your "ME time" is very important, especially for women who are housewives. We tend to get so involved in the daily affairs of the home that we forget that we also need attention and time for ourselves. Do you have "ME time"? How do you spend that "ME time"? If there is something that I love to do and that I never miss a chance to do it is "Watching the sunsets" and many times I leave them for the memory in a photograph. They are my particular relaxant :) When I sit, either in front of the sea or I stand in front of my window, often accompanied by a cup of coffee and watch them, especially those of Cumaná, the city where I currently live; I feel that my burdens are lightened and my strength is renewed. As if the warmth of the sun's rays were reaching and warming me. I get in a very good mood
