Today we celebrate International Women's Day, many things have happened for us to be in the place where we are, if we look back it was a long way, where we managed to study, vote, work, insert ourselves in the working life, being an active part of the growth of the countries.
Ahora si miramos hacía atrás vemos todas las luchas que grandes mujeres con argumentos hicieron para poder lograr el sitio que ahora tenemos mujeres en cada uno de los espacios de la vida activa y productiva del país donde se encuentran, hoy en día somos parte activa en la toma de decisiones jurídicas y políticas eso ayuda a que las leyes sean más empáticas con nuestras necesidades.
Ahora en estos tiempos, se ha desvirtuado mucho la lucha, en un feminismo que está desplazando las funciones masculinas, no es que sea un pensamiento machista, pero nosotras somos las que criamos reyes, presidentes, genios como también hombres maltratadores no es que seamos las responsables de sus actos pero estamos en una posición donde podemos formarlo de manera diferente siendo un hombre respetuoso de las mujeres.
Este es un mundo cambiante, donde luchamos cada día por ser respetadas pero eso comienza desde casa por eso tenemos una misión muy importante de inculcar a nuestros hijos varones a valorar a las mujeres primero las que tiene alrededor y luego a todas en general, si cada una de nosotras hace esto ya no habrían mujeres en riesgo en manos de hombres maltratadores, poco tolerantes, y eso cambia desde el seno del hogar.
Now if we look back we see all the struggles that great women with arguments made to achieve the place that we now have women in each of the spaces of the active and productive life of the country where they are, today we are an active part in making legal and political decisions that helps the laws are more empathetic to our needs.
Now in these times, the fight has been distorted a lot, in a feminism that is displacing the masculine functions, not that it is a macho thinking, but we are the ones who raise kings, presidents, geniuses as well as abusive men, not that we are responsible for their actions but we are in a position where we can form them in a different way by being a man respectful of women.
This is a changing world, where we fight every day to be respected but that starts at home so we have a very important mission to instill in our sons to value women first those around them and then all in general, if each of us does this and there would be no more women at risk in the hands of abusive men, little tolerant, and that changes from the heart of the home.
Ahora ha sido un largo camino y hoy celebramos todas esas luchas que mujeres en le pasado que son las pioneras en la defensa de nuestros derechos, a un trato igualitario ahora, no podemos negar que tenemos las mismas capacidades intelectuales pero no físicas ahora que tengamos las mismas responsabilidades significa que estamos haciendo los mismos trabajos debemos ganar el mismo sueldo, eso se ha ido equilibrando, por que somos tan capaces como cualquiera.
Pero además de derechos tenemos deberes que son parte importante para el desarrollo de una sociedad que requiere de personas que sean coherentes con lo que dicen, no es protestar por protestar, romper rallar es de aportar con criterio para tener una sociedad más acorde con los tiempos, estamos en un momento crucial donde la información vuela, donde cualquier persona puede expresar lo que siente y piensa pero a veces debemos tener coherencia y no decir lo primero que se nos ocurre son bases ni ningún tipo de estudio previo.
Nosotras como mujeres tenemos que afrontar la vida con mucha fuerza ser el pilar de nuestros hijos además de ser profesionales a veces con responsabilidades muy altas donde hemos demostrado tener muchas capacidades de liderazgo, estrategia, gerencia y política, eso nos lo hemos ganado a pulso, por lo tanto no es que pedimos que nos regalen espacios es que se amplíe las oportunidades.
Now it has been a long road and today we celebrate all those fights that women in the past who are the pioneers in the defense of our rights, to an equal treatment now, we cannot deny that we have the same intellectual but not physical capabilities now that we have the same responsibilities means that we are doing the same jobs we must earn the same salary, that has been balancing, because we are as capable as anyone.
But in addition to rights we have duties that are an important part for the development of a society that requires people who are consistent with what they say, it is not protesting for the sake of protesting, breaking is to contribute with criteria to have a society more in line with the times, we are in a crucial time where information flies, where anyone can express what they feel and think but sometimes we must be consistent and not say the first thing that comes to mind without any basis or any prior study.
We as women have to face life with great strength to be the pillar of our children in addition to being professionals sometimes with very high responsibilities where we have proven to have many leadership skills, strategy, management and policy, we have earned it by heart, so it is not that we ask that we give away spaces is to expand opportunities.
Hay sectores extremistas en todas las tendencias religiosas, políticas, filosóficas pero para poder llegar acuerdos debemos ser tolerantes y tratar de conciliar para llegar a los mejores acuerdos que nos favorezcan a todos por que no se puede trabajar solo para un solo sector de la sociedad, de esta forma vamos encaminados a ser una mejor sociedad donde todos tenemos cabida, no podemos trabajar dolor para un sector debemos trabajar por todos por que es el deber ser.
Hoy día que se conmemora el día internacional de la mujer, aplaudimos a todas esas mujeres que además de criar la generación de relevo, trabaja, aporta, lidera, gerencia, educa, sana en sus distintos frentes a la sociedad, conformada por todas las personas son distinción de ningún tipo, veo con preocupación que nos estamos sectorizando como sociedad, jalando cada uno por su lado eso no debe ser así por que de esta forma estamos perdiendo espacios por que no logramos ponernos de acuerdo.
No podemos celebrar un día donde hay países en el mundo que con la excusa de su cultura todavía tratan a la mujer como un objeto y no como la que es capaz de perpetuar su raza, esto debe ser agenda de las ONG y los organismos internacionales que últimamente están con los puntos bajos por su inactividad ante esta problemática, no solo por que se sigue viendo esto como un problema interno de cada país sino que las cifras de ataques y muertes hacia las mujeres han aumentado.
Tal vez no atacamos el problema de fondo sino de forma y tampoco es la solución hay que seguir avanzando en la reivindicación de la mujer, sin perder la esencia de ser la parte más amorosa y maternal, por lo tanto más vulnerable por lo tanto a pesar de todo, necesita políticas de protección, muchos casos de perdidas de vidas se han podido evitar si cambiamos un poco la manera de accionar, de los cuerpos de seguridad que son la primera línea de defensa.
There are extremist sectors in all religious, political and philosophical tendencies, but in order to reach agreements we must be tolerant and try to conciliate to reach the best agreements that favor us all, because we cannot work only for one sector of society, in this way we are on our way to being a better society where we all have a place, we cannot work for one sector, we must work for all, because it is our duty to be.
Today, as we commemorate International Women's Day, we applaud all those women who besides raising the next generation, work, contribute, lead, manage, educate, and heal society in its different fronts, made up of all people without distinction of any kind, I see with concern that we are sectoring ourselves as a society, pulling each one by his side, this should not be so because in this way we are losing spaces because we are not able to reach an agreement.
We cannot celebrate a day where there are countries in the world that with the excuse of their culture still treat women as an object and not as the one that is capable of perpetuating their race, this should be the agenda of NGOs and international organizations that lately are with low points for their inactivity to this problem, not only because it is still seen as an internal problem of each country but the numbers of attacks and deaths of women have increased.
Perhaps we are not attacking the root of the problem but the form and it is not the solution either, we must continue advancing in the vindication of women, without losing the essence of being the most loving and maternal part, therefore more vulnerable, therefore, in spite of everything, it needs protection policies, many cases of loss of life could have been avoided if we change a little the way of acting, of the security forces that are the first line of defense.
Pero como así digo una cosa digo la otra, hay personas que se aprovechan de los beneficios logrados para utilizarlos de manera abusiva a su favor y a causa de eso personas inocentes han pagado por delitos que no cometieron, las leyes pueden usarse de dos maneras, estos derechos de los que hoy disfrutamos le costaron la vida a muchas mujeres en el pasado por eso cuando hagas uso de ellos hazlo con honestidad fueron muchas las vidas que se perdieron para lograr los derechos de los que hoy disfrutas.

But as I say one thing I say the other, there are people who take advantage of the benefits achieved to use them abusively in their favor and because of that innocent people have paid for crimes they did not commit, the laws can be used in two ways, these rights that we enjoy today cost the lives of many women in the past so when you make use of them do it with honesty were many lives that were lost to achieve the rights that you enjoy today.
