Soy mujer y estoy convencida que en una sociedad todos tenemos cabida, de hecho si solo tomamos a hombres o a mujeres solo para reproducción no estaríamos haciendo nada por que igualmente nacería más hombres y más mujeres, el ser humano tiene la capacidad de siempre querer más, aspirar más, la naturaleza es muy sabía, cada especie tiene su función cada género tiene un patrón macho y hembra, nosotros no somos la excepción, por eso no progresaría una sociedad dominada por uno de los dos géneros.
Nosotras como mujeres hemos venido desde el siglo pasado luchando por nuestros derechos a estudiar, votar, a ser escuchadas, respetadas y valoradas, está en nosotras seguir inculcando en nuestras hijas estos valores, no permitir que nuestra lucha se desvirtue por que una mujer que hace el mismo trabajo de un hombre debe tener la misma reivindicación monetaria allí estoy deacuerdo, pero asumir todos los espacios en eso no estoy deacuerdo por que debemos aprender a convivir, a ser tolerantes.
Por que lo digo por que somos más los buenos que los malos, pero en nosotras las mujeres está el criar hijos varones con valores respeto hacia sus semejantes, sin distinción de género pero no podemos juzgar a nadie por alguna mala experiencia vivida, o por la percepción que tenga de mismo, soy nieta de un gran hombre, hija de un gran padre, madre de un hijo excelente que lo formé para que respete a todos no sólo a las mujeres, ahora que mi esposo fue un infiel y maltratador, no puedo meterlos a todos en el mismo saco, ni decir que desaparezcan por que la mitad de mi viene de un hombre.
Así como hay hombres hay mujeres, así que no podemos generalizar, si nosotras somos las que educamos a nuestros hijos, tenemos en nuestras manos la forma de cambiar el mundo, no podemos acomodar al mundo a conveniencia de uno u otro, no estoy siendo para nada machista, soy imparcial por que de mi vientre nació un hijo varón al que amo con locura al que respeto, le he enseñado que se debe respetar a todo ser vivo, pero tampoco dejar que lo irrespeten.
Todos nos necesitamos, sin excepción todos cumplimos un rol dentro de la sociedad, pero hay diferencia biológicas que no podemos cambiar, diferencias de pensamiento que debemos respetar, diferencias políticas, religiosas, preferencia todo eso puede convivir siempre y cuando exista la tolerancia y el respeto al que piense diferente, pero algo que no podemos ocultar es que todos somos necesarios no solo para la reproducción, por esa razón yo no veo que un mundo con solo participación de hombres o de mujeres funcione.
Pero algo si es cierto no importa que uno u otro lado quiera el poder lo importante es el respeto y no permitir maltrato venga de donde venga, de cualquier lado por antes de hombre o mujeres somos seres humanos, con pensamientos diferentes opiniones diferentes puntos de vista, por eso no importa quién esté importa es respetar las ideas opiniones de los demás allí radica todo.
Por eso no le veo ningún futuro a una sociedad de puros hombres o de puras mujeres así este concurso sea un simple ejercicio mental no funcionaria aunque somos competitivos por naturaleza se alteraría mucho la funcionalidad de la sociedad, todos tenemos cabida en este mundo.
Todos somos necesarios cada quien cumpliendo su función, respetando, siendo empático, tal vez muchos no están deacuerdo conmigo pero no podemos cambiar el mundo de un plumazo y mucho menos la leyes de la biología o de la forma que concebimos al mundo desde la antigüedad, todo pasa por un proceso, algunos se resisten a los cambio otros quiere imponer sus ideas sobre otras y hasta que no entendamos que hay que tolerar al otro pues nos sentiremos frustrados, eso tampoco es vida.
Espero no haber herido susceptibilidades pero nos necesitamos todos no podemos limitar a un género al simple papel reproductor, pienso que no sería una sociedad equitativa, empática y discriminatoria en parte la lucha es por el respeto no por demostrar quienes es mejor que quien, todos tenemos distintas capacidades y talentos

I am a woman and I am convinced that in a society we all have a place, in fact if we only take men or women only for reproduction we would not be doing anything because equally more men and more women would be born, the human being has the ability to always want more, aspire more, nature is very knew, each species has its function each gender has a male and female pattern, we are not the exception, that is why a society dominated by one of the two genders would not progress.
We as women have been fighting since the last century for our rights to study, to vote, to be heard, respected and valued, it is up to us to continue instilling these values in our daughters, not to allow our struggle to be distorted because a woman who does the same work as a man should have the same monetary vindication, I agree, but I do not agree with this because we must learn to live together, to be tolerant.
Why do I say it because we are more the good ones than the bad ones, but it is up to us women to raise sons with respectful values towards their fellow men, without distinction of gender, but we cannot judge anyone for any bad experience lived, or for the perception that they have of themselves, I am the granddaughter of a great man, daughter of a great father, mother of an excellent son that I raised him to respect everyone not only women, now that my husband was a cheater and abuser, I can not put them all in the same bag, or say that they disappear because half of me comes from a man.
Just as there are men there are women, so we can not generalize, if we are the ones who educate our children, we have in our hands the way to change the world, we can not accommodate the world to the convenience of one or the other, I am not being at all sexist, I am impartial because of my womb was born a son that I love madly who I respect, I have taught him that you must respect every living being, but not let them disrespect him.
We all need each other, without exception we all play a role in society, but there are biological differences that we cannot change, differences of thought that we must respect, political, religious differences, preference, all this can coexist as long as there is tolerance and respect for those who think differently, but something that we cannot hide is that we are all necessary not only for reproduction, for that reason I do not see that a world with only men or women participating would work.
But one thing is certain, it doesn't matter if one side or the other wants power, the important thing is to respect and not to allow mistreatment wherever it comes from, from either side, before men or women, we are human beings, with different thoughts, opinions and points of view, that's why it doesn't matter who is important to respect the ideas and opinions of others, that's where it all lies.
That's why I don't see any future in a society of pure men or pure women, even if this contest is a simple mental exercise, it wouldn't work, even though we are competitive by nature, it would alter the functionality of society, we all have a place in this world.
We are all necessary, each one of us fulfilling our function, respecting, being empathetic, maybe many do not agree with me but we cannot change the world with the stroke of a pen and much less the laws of biology or the way we conceive the world since ancient times, everything goes through a process, some resist change others want to impose their ideas on others and until we understand that we have to tolerate the other we will feel frustrated, that is not life either.
I hope I didn't hurt susceptibilities but we all need each other we can't limit one gender to the simple reproductive role, I think it wouldn't be an equitable, empathetic and discriminatory society in part the fight is for respect not to show who is better than who, we all have different capabilities and talents

Yes, whether men or women we are both human, that deserve the same respect and dignity even should our beliefs diverge within our own general pattern. But we should not let our guard down on what equality we claim and won back.

This is absolutely needed. How children are raised and their environment influence their behavior and when they are taught well to respect any other person regardless of gender or any distinction, chances are they will do the same thing and pass on the good discipline to their offspring.
