I bought a hulahoop! If you're open to it since you already know how its easy on the joints and helps your spine and a good tummy exercise.

I used to do jump rope but no idea why I'm more and more tired when I do workouts especially when they're hard on the knees 😭

You can do intermittent fasting to stay in shape too. Helps metabolism!

Yeah maybe it's because of age that's why jumping rope is not good for the knees. haha. As for fasting/abstinence, well I did that for 3 months. I just ended it a day or so ago.
