No accepted quote from construction team that had done the roofing, it's a 4 man team no way Vusi could manage on his own. Vusi is more painting with damp repairs.
Municipality and people winding down an estate don't appear to do what one would anticipate, but then neither did insurance paying for these walls over 40 years there too!
