That note must've been a very long time, probably over 40 years ago, since papers like that are not made anymore. It seems like a poem because of the pattern of writing

54 years ago, I glued it into a book out of a diary for phone numbers and addresses that I had for many years.
Dad was 'old school' born 1911, kept many great pieces he also held onto, great meaning found in written word.
