Hello beautiful ladies.. How ade you all doing today? Trust you've been goid.. It's a new week and i prayfor a fruitful week to y'all. For this week's prompt, i would like to share with you about my decisions If given a second chance. Please keep reading. You will like this;
When people are given second chances, some will choose to use it to redo a career, a relationship, or their education, but often with the goal of making different choices based on their current knowledge and wisdom. Some will also use it to fix mistakes, such as not investing in something early on or not pursuing a particular dream. In all, a second chance is seen as an opportunity to live life differently and make better choices. As for me, there are alot of mistakes and wrong decisions I've done in the past that needs to be corrected if given a second chance. But, there's this one I would love to share with you.
Back then, there was this bad investment that I made. It was a decision that led to negative consequences. There was this friend i had then named Esther. She introduced me into an online business, explained how I can earn from it and other necessary features in the business. She said the capital I will invest was 200,000 naira in Nigerian currency. So, i believed and trusted her so much as my very good friend. Although i was having a double mind investing such a huge amount of money there. Unfortunately, i didn't stay up to a month and all I could hear was that the site has been permanently disabled. I didn't even earned up to the actual amount I invested into the platform. It was a very bad investment and wrong timing. So if given a second chance, I would rethink and not attempt to invest at all in such kind of business and use it to focus on building my career life as a fashion designer.
Also, i din't have a positive mindset, such as learning to love myself earlier, or focusing on personal development rather than relying on others. I put people first before myself. But now, I've come to the realization that no matter how hard you try to impress or put people first, they will still betray you.So, if given the opportunity to re- adjust, I will forget about people, love myself and focus on developing my personal life and career.

It's always best to not just invest in an investment scheme just because we trust the people that invited us but to always do our own deep research and know for sure it's a legitimate opportunity. Very sorry for your experience and your lost of funds.

200k NGN, that's just under $200 CAD to me. Could have been worse, Believe me I've lost much greater amounts but we learn. I'm generally staying in ETFs over stocks but I learned much and must perform my due diligence before committing my funds. Stocks are just too dangerous nowadays.
