I had to buy online, my Patio furniture and BBQ won't fit in my little electric car, as for achievement? I can't think of anything that tops me paying off my home mortgage just on my Income and with some help from my Mom.👜

I recall you dream of your own home but because of financial requirements, did not allow most people to acquire one, a rule like, CASH Only.
I was allowed to finance my home, and rented out half my home to other single mothers over the years to help pay the mortgage.
I had times that were cash flow was difficult. It was good timing when my Mother sold her house for a Condominium and gave some help cash to me and my siblings.
Because of my good rating by the bank, I was able to afford my car. 💃

Thank you @irenenavarroart, with the Mortgage out of the way I can easily afford the car financing. I am better at numbers than at writing and I got to be where I am by practicing a frugal lifestyle and being immune to most advertising, lol!
