I understand what it is like to take on a professional responsibility and came under scrutiny under a patient complaint. The patient was angry with my medical observations and conclusions but I stuck to facts and stood by my assessment of my medical intervention. Before she passed away, she came to me to apologize and told me that I was right all along. It became an unforgettable moment in my Nurse's career.
