Muy buenas noches mis queridas amigas de @ladiesofhive. Aquí estoy de nuevo ante ustedes con mi entrada para su Ladies of Hive Community Contest #253. Espero que sea de su agrado, ya que para participar contestaré las 2 preguntas que plantea la bella @saffisara.

Well, the initiative consists of answering one or both of the questions posed to participate. In this case, the questions are:
- How long do you think you could last in a situation like that of a survivor?
- If you could guess... who do you think your celebrity look-alike resembles?
Bien, la iniciativa consiste en responder una o las 2 preguntas que se nos plantea para participar. En este caso las preguntas son:
- ¿Cuánto crees que aguantarías en una situación como la de un superviviente?
- Si pudieras adivinar... ¿a quién crees que se parece tu doble famoso?
This time I'm going to answer the second question first, and then I'll answer the first one since it's a little more personal. If you let me guess which celebrity I resemble, or rather, who do I think my celebrity look-alike resembles? I'd dare say Olga Tañón.
She's beautiful, strong, and empowered. I also love her songs. I always like to blast them while cleaning or just to dance around the house with one of my kids. It's also how I teach them to dance so that when it's time to go to a party, they feel confident doing it well.
Not for nothing, but I think she and I look a bit similar physically. At least when I was thinner, I know I did. Now I'm a bit chubby and chubby, but I still imagine her as my celebrity look-alike.
Esta vez voy a responder primero la segunda pregunta y luego responderé la primera ya que es un poco más personal. Si me dejaran adivinar a qué famoso me parezco o mejor dicho, ¿a quién creo yo que se parece mi doble famoso? me atreveré a decir que a Olga Tañón.
Ella es hermosa, fuerte y empoderada, además me encantan sus canciones, siempre me gusta ponerlas a todo volumen para limpiar o para pasar el rato bailando en casa con alguno de mis hijos. Además así los enseño a bailar también para que cuando les toque ir a alguna fiesta se sientan seguros de hacerlo bien.
No es por nada pero creo que ella y yo nos parecemos un poco físicamente, al menos cuando estaba más delgada sé que así era. Ahora estoy algo rellenita y cachetona, pero igual la imagino como si fuese mi doble famoso.
Now, to answer how long I think I would last in a situation like that of a survivor, I think there are different ways to survive in life, and it's not just a lack of bread and water, or in extreme cases, finding yourself lost in a desolate place with nothing to eat or hydrate.
I consider myself a survivor for enduring like a fighter, thanks to my children as inspiration and motivation to do so, in the face of several abusive men who have come into my life to take advantage of me, as well as interested people, and above all, the situation we are experiencing in Venezuela.
Every Venezuelan who is still in their country is a worthy survivor and deserves a medal of honor for continuing to fight day after day in every aspect, because here you have to endure, with lack of electricity, water, healthcare, and so on.
Ahora para responder a cuánto tiempo creo que aguantaría en una situación como la de un superviviente, pienso que hay diferentes formas de sobrevivir en la vida y no es nada más a falta de pan y agua o en casos extremos, al encontrarse perdido en un lugar desolado sin qué comer ni con qué hidratarse.
Yo me considero una superviviente por aguantar como una luchadora gracias a mis hijos como inspiración y motivación para hacerlo de varios hombres abusivos que han llegado a mi vida para aprovecharse de mi, así como de gente interesada y sobre todo de la situación país que vivimos en Venezuela.
Cada Venezolano que se encuentra aún en su país es un digno superviviente y merece una medalla de honor por continuar luchando día a dia en todos los aspectos, porque aquí se pasa trabajo, con falta de luz, agua, salud y pare usted de contar.

About surviving many thinks its just about survive in wild situations or War, but I think situations in RL like Mother nature, health, loss, lack of money and job.
That is a struggle that is just as important, and to be able to go through hard times and still have a Light spirit and hope...
That is a hero and true surviver.
So you are definitly one and I understand it haven't been easy in Venezuela so you really can be proud of yourself.

I think we who live in a first world country like Canada can learn a lot about survival in a poor economy from our Venezuelan sisters. So far, we have it relatively easy but the nature and character of our social and economic foundations are fast crumbling. I have prepared, but is it enough?
