For this week:
The month of October is recognized globally as Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. Entering November, did you stop to reflect on your own well being? Please indicate how you feel in your current situation.

1️⃣ Mental Health: only around half of people describe their mental health as good, unable to switch off from work, etc. How do you cope in an ever-changing world?

2️⃣ Household responsibilities and care: in many homes, partner/spouse statistics reveal the woman continues with cleaning, childcare, assisting aged relatives, shopping for the home, with partner/spouse happy sharing finances. All except last-mentioned category run "50%-and-above," where women tend to remain home makers. How are things structured in your home?
