What a poetic story. I was moved to tears. I congratulate you for having dared, for your advice and for having enjoyed the trip at Schipol airport and the train ride. The Netherlands is a great place to travel alone, although you have to get used to languages and be extremely polite when asking for help, at least that was my experience. I send you a big hug!
