Ser agradecidos... En lo personal, es algo Fundamental!
¿Por qué? Sencillamente siempre tenemos algo que agradecer... Todos los días nos pasan cosas buenas, y aún dentro de lo malo que podamos vivir siempre hay algo bueno que agradecer!
Esto, médicamente trae consigo muchos beneficios a nivel tanto mental como físicos, por ejemplo: nos hace positivos, felices, conscientes y satisfechos con lo que tenemos y nos rodea, menos propensos a Depresión y elevados niveles de estrés... Entré otros!
Las preguntas de esta semana me encantaron!
Y él solo hecho de responderlas me hacen sentir una agradable sensación de bienestar y contentamiento... Espero pueda contagiarles un poco de eso que siento en este momento! ☺️✨

To be grateful... Personally, it is something fundamental!
Why? We simply always have something to be thankful for... Every day good things happen to us, and even in the bad things we may experience, there is always something good to be grateful for!
This, medically brings with it many benefits both mentally and physically, for example: it makes us positive, happy, conscious and satisfied with what we have and what surrounds us, less prone to depression and high stress levels... Among others!
I loved this week's questions!
And just answering them makes me feel a pleasant sensation of well being and contentment... I hope I can pass on to you a bit of what I'm feeling at the moment! ☺️✨

ESTAR VIVA, TENER A MI FAMILIA Y TENER SALUD!
Sin duda fueron las 3 cosas principales que llegaron a mi mente!
¿Por qué pienso así?
Pues, sin vida no podemos estar conscientes de nada de lo hermoso que hay en este mundo, no podríamos disfrutar de esas cosas sencillas y especiales que nos ofrece nuestro maravilloso creador!
TO BE ALIVE, TO HAVE MY FAMILY AND TO BE HEALTHY!
These were definitely the top 3 things that came to my mind!
Why do I think like that?
Well, without life we cannot be aware of anything beautiful in this world, we would not be able to enjoy those simple and special things that our wonderful creator offers us!
Gracias a estar viva, puedo disfrutar de mi Familia, pasar gratos momentos junto a ellos! Ver crecer a mi hija día a día, ver cómo nos apoyamos y nos unimos en los malos y buenos momentos, sin duda es algo que agradezco enormemente!
Thanks to being alive, I can enjoy my Family, spend pleasant moments with them! To see my daughter grow day by day, to see how we support each other and unite in the bad and good times, without a doubt is something I am very grateful for!
Y por último pero no menos importante... La salud! Para mí estas cosas van de la mano, porque... Con una dolencia grave que nos aqueje continuamente es un poco difícil disfrutar la vida a plenitud, sin embargo pese a los malestares y dentro de la imperfección que nos invade agradezco enormemente a mi creador por la salud, no solo la mía, sino también de los seres que Amo con todo mi corazón!❤️✨
And last but not least... Health! For me, these things go hand in hand, because... With a serious ailment that afflicts us continuously it is a little difficult to enjoy life to the fullest, however despite the discomforts and within the imperfection that invades us I thank my creator enormously for health, not only mine, but also of the beings I love with all my heart!❤️✨

I consider myself a very positive person, with a sense of humor and empathetic!
That is my opinion of myself... However, sometimes one can have a personal criterion that is not correct, so I asked my closest friends what they thought about me... Or what quality was more noticeable and this is what they answered me! 😁
Me contenta saber que lo que considero de mi, también es lo que quienes me importan, ven y hasta más de lo que yo esperaba! ☺️
Me he dado cuenta que a lo largo de la vida muchos podrán tener conceptos diferentes de tí, unos buenos y otros no tanto.
Sin embargo, también me he dado cuenta que lo importante es que te conozcas realmente tú mismo y sepas quién eres, tus puntos Fuertes y los no tan fuertes y que quienes realmente te importen en la vida te conozcan de verdad!☺️
Ese ha sido mi lema en los últimos meses y puedo decir que me ha aportado algo de Felicidad y tranquilidad!
I am happy to know that what I consider of me, is also what those I care about, see and even more than I expected! ☺️
I have realized that throughout life many may have different concepts of you, some good and some not so good.
However, I've also realized that what's important is that you really know yourself and know who you are, your Strengths and not so strong points and that those who really matter to you in life really know you!☺️
That has been my motto for the past few months and I can say that it has brought me some Happiness and peace of mind!
