That is great to hear. Wished it would change here too, but unlikely as so many are really empty and abandoned along the coast. It will always be a holiday destination just for the warmer months.
No insulation or heating, in the houses, so why would anybody come during the winter…
winter - actually people from NL and other northern countries spend the winter here in our building. In May they go back as it becomes too warm. Then the tourists come to the apartments... I prefer the elderly people spending here their winters, so nice neighbours!
That’s great, maybe it’s warmer where you are in the winter then. Better insulation? Heating?
I can imagine as summer months can get loud.
Dont know how it is in your place. It is ok here for winter, we do need some little heating, but not too much

I had to put up blanket in doorways to keep just one room warmer.

I remember Madrid from January and how cold it was 😂
South of Spain, where I live. The houses are so different.
It is outside 4 degrees colder but warmer inside ☀️ In Madrid.
