Me e encontrado con el dilema de mi vida, en base a la siguiente pregunta:
-comprar una casa grande y bonita, pero cuyas mejores épocas ya pasaron, Necesita muchas reparaciones y remodelaciones!
-La segunda opción es una casa pequeña. No es tan bonita como la anterior, pero no tienes que invertir tiempo ni dinero en reparaciones, así que su precio es mucho más alto. ¿Qué eliges?
Mi decisión se basaría en la segunda opción:
!! la casa pequeña, lista para vivir.!!! Valoro la idea de un hogar que es funcional y acogedor desde el primer día, sin el estrés y los costos inesperados que acompañan a los proyectos de renovación. El tiempo y la energía que me ahorraría al no tener que lidiar con reparaciones los podría invertir de otra manera , en vez de en un proyecto interminable. Esta decisión se basa en la idea de que un hogar debe ser un lugar de descanso, no una fuente de constante trabajo y preocupación.
En lugar de arriesgarte con costos de reparación inciertos y la posibilidad de que el proyecto se extienda indefinidamente, inviertes directamente en un bien que ya ha superado esos desafíos. Esto no significa que la personalización no sea importante para mi. Simplemente, prefiero un enfoque más simple.
Lo veo de la siguiente manera...
Una vez que te mudes, puedes enfocarte en la decoración, el mobiliario y los pequeños detalles que realmente hacen un hogar tuyo, sin la presión de tener que lidiar con proyectos estructurales o reparaciones mayores. Busca la tranquilidad de saber que tu hogar es una base segura y funcional desde el primer día. Prefiero pagar un precio más alto por la seguridad de una casa sin contratiempos, sabiendo que puedo llegar a mi destino sin estrés. el valor no solo está en el costo, sino en la tranquilidad y la eficiencia.
Se trata de elegir el lugar que te genere paz y no preocupación por los posibles obstáculos.
- Para mi, la casita no es solo un inmueble, sino un refugio; Después de haber vivido la incertidumbre y los desafíos de migrante en otro país el cual no pertenezco, lo que busco es un lugar que me ofrezca paz desde el primer día, no solo para mi. también, para mis dos hijos pequeños los cuales han sido fuerte en esta travesía

Seek the peace of mind of knowing your home is a safe and functional base from day one. I'd rather pay a higher price for the security of a hassle-free home, knowing I can get to my destination stress-free. The value isn't just in the cost, but in the peace of mind and efficiency. It's about choosing the place that brings you peace, not worrying about potential obstacles.
- For me, the little house is not just a property, but a refuge. After experiencing the uncertainty and challenges of being a migrant in a country where I don't belong, what I'm looking for is a place that offers me peace from day one, not only for me but also for my two young children, who have been strong throughout this journey. This would be the ideal, small, and cozy little house I would choose.
