Makes you wonder, did they primarily pick their profession to help people because they love to do it, or did they choose it just because they want money and the convenience of people's gullibility and ignorance?
Unfortunately for many places around the world the ladder seems to be the most common theme.

surgery gives them more money, so any opportunity ,they will try luring patient into that
I believe it. Got to stay vigilant, skeptical, aware and be properly informed in this world if you don't want to be scammed.
