Absolutely, it is we only who will turn these tables, there is no one else going to do it and that will only happen when we realize the importance of self-love. It's ok to sometimes be selfish and do things that make us happy rather then making others happy all the time

That's why I mention balance, it's difficult, day to day life can be overwhelming, it's not something I like to reflect or complain about but the reality is that I try to act before I fall into complaining.
