Each week the ladies community brings us a unique and varied content where we can do and talk about the proposed, always looking at a positive point of the ladies, these questions are generated by incredible women of the ecosystem, it is therefore nice to respond with the same gratitude I hope you like it!
Bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog, como siempre es un placer tenerlos por aquí en este espacio, en esta oportunidad me uno una vez más en esta comunidad para dar respuesta a las dos preguntas generadas. Cada semana la comunidad de damas nos trae un contenido único y variado en donde podemos hacer y hablar de lo propuesto, siempre mirando un punto positivo de las damas, estas preguntas son generadas por increíbles mujeres del ecosistema, es por eso agradable responder con la misma gratitud ¡Espero les guste!

1️⃣ What do you consider to be the most important lessons that we should teach our children?
1️⃣ ¿Cuáles consideras que son las lecciones más importantes que debemos enseñar a nuestros hijos?
Our children follow our example, which means we must be careful with everything we teach them and everything we do in front of them, as they are like sponges, absorbing everything they see around them. So, from a very early age, it is always good to instill lessons that will serve them well in the future. Although everything is important, I believe that values are something they will use throughout their lives, and a poorly educated person does not always have the doors open to the world and the pinnacle of success. From an early age, we have been taught many of these values that, although we may not see them at first glance, we know are extremely important, such as respect, responsibility, punctuality, humility, solidarity, and optimism, among others, which are very useful in our daily lives. With these values, we create beings with determination and courage for the world.
Values have been a fundamental part of human life for years. With this well instilled in us, we are capable of going beyond what we imagine. With them, we open doors and are fortunate to do things with determination. There are values such as respect, punctuality, responsibility, and loyalty that are non-negotiable, as having these values makes us people of worth, people who are committed to life. It also makes us people who deserve respect and gratitude, because it is not good to encounter people who are irresponsible, who are late, who are reckless, and who have no respect for anything. Such people achieve very little in life, and those who depend on them follow the same pattern. It is time to wake up and learn to love those values that make us honest beings with a passion for life. In addition to all this, another lesson we can teach our children is to prepare them for hard work and to face the adversities of life, preparing them to face the hardships of this journey, warning them that not everything is rosy and that things must be earned through hard work.
Nuestros hijos siguen nuestro molde, es decir, que debemos ser precavido con todo aquello que le enseñamos y lo que hacemos delante de ellos ya que son esponjas que van adquiriendo todo lo que ven a su paso, entonces en edades muy temprana es bueno siempre inculcar lecciones que le sirvan al futuro, aunque todo es importante considero que los valores es algo que van a usar toda su vida y una persona mal educada no siempre tiene las puertas abierta al mundo y a la cima del éxito. Desde pequeños nos han enseñado muchos de ellos que aunque a simple vista no lo vemos, sabemos que son de suma importancia, como lo es el respeto, la responsabilidad, la puntualidad, la humildad, solidaridad, optimismo entre otros que son muy útiles en nuestros días y la vida, con ellos creamos seres con determinación y valor para el mundo.
Los valores han sido por años una pieza fundamental en la vida del ser humano, con ello bien inculcado en nosotros somos capaces de ir más allá de lo que imaginamos, con ellos abrimos puertas y somos afortunados de hacer las cosas con determinación. Existen valores como el respeto, la puntualidad, la responsabilidad y la lealtad que no son negociable ya que tener estos valores nos hacen personas de valor, personas con compromiso ante la vida, además nos hace personas merecedoras de respeto y gratitud, porque no es bueno encontrar en nuestro camino personas que son irresponsable, aquellos que llegan tarde, que son imprudentes y no tienen respeto por nada, esas personas muy poco consiguen en la vida y quienes están dependiendo de ellos siguen ese mismo patrón, es hora de despertar y aprender amar esos valores que nos hacen ser seres honestos y con pasión por la vida, además de todo esto otra lección que podemos dar a nuestros hijos es prepararlos para el trabajo duro y para enfrentar las adversidades de la vida, preparar su terreno para enfrentar lo duro de este caminar, alertando que no todo es color de rosa y las cosas se deben ganar con trabajo.

2️⃣ Do you consider failing to be less, equal, or more important than succeeding in life and why?
Failure will always be part of our lives. It is the lesson we learn when we fail at something, and it makes us understand that we can do better. Failure is never a bad thing; rather, it is a life lesson that teaches us that things do not always go as planned, and that what we wanted did not turn out as we hoped. It is part of life and its countless lessons. For me, failure is almost the same as success, because from failure we can achieve the greatest successes when we have determination, consistency, and perseverance. Combined with values, we can become great human beings.

2️⃣ ¿Consideras que fracasar es menos, igual o más importante que tener éxito en la vida? ¿Por qué?
Fracasar siempre va a formar parte de nuestra vida, es ese aprendizaje que adquirimos cuando fallamos en algo y este nos da a entender que lo podemos hacer mejor, fallar nunca va a ser algo malo más bien es una lección de vida para saber que las cosas no son como a veces la planeamos, más bien que eso que queríamos no salió como se quiso entonces es parte de la vida y de sus innumerables enseñanzas. Para mí fracasar es casi igual a tener éxito, porque del fracaso podemos llegar a sacar el mejor de los éxitos, cuando tenemos determinación, constancia y perseverancia, esto unido a los valores podemos formar a un gran ser humano.

Siempre es bueno que nuestros hijos además de aprender buenos valores, también los ejecuten y como dices una persona que sabe tratar al otro, es honesto, respetuoso, es capaz de conseguir muchas cosas, ya que como lo dices, se le abren las puertas.
El fracaso siempre nos da lecciones y está en nosotros reconocerlas, cambiar la perspectiva para así llegar al éxito anhelado. Fue un gusto leerte, suerte en el concurso. Bendiciones 🙏🏼

Comparto tu opinión, nuestros pequeños son esponjas por ello debemos inculcar valores infinitos de la mejor manera para que sean grandes personas e incluso mejores que nosotros.
Cada día es una lección de altos y bajos que con compromiso mutuo se logra gigantescos resultados.
Somos los maestros número 1 de nuestros hijos, la enseñanza no tiene límites y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos vemos la creacion de nuestros frutos diarios.
