With the end of daylight savings
time☀️⏰🕔🌑 cold temperatures❄🥶
with mostly rainy and snowy days,
and the fun holidays almost upon us,
all the good food tends to be the highlight of the seasons. I tell make myself take it in moderation and not indulge but it's taken decades of training to learn self control and what foods don't screw up my A1C as I have type 2 diabetes.
