I thought it was very important to point out that their body is a temple that should be cared for and respected by them.
Discipline seems to be difficult for them but indispensable for their growth and to draw limits at each stage.
As for flexibility, we must also adapt to their needs and stages as it may or may not work for them.
It has been a pleasure to share with you my personal opinion and what I apply with my little ones.
