Saludos amigos de Hive. He conocido muchas mujeres con una gran fortaleza de espíritu que han superado momentos muy difíciles en la vida. Cuando mi amiga @actioncats me invito a participar en este maravilloso concurso de la comunidad Ladies of hive, inmediatamente pensé en una amiga a la que conocí hace muchos años. Es una mujer resiliente y para responder a la pregunta ¿Cuál es su reto de vida y qué hizo para superar la prueba que enfrentó?, esta es parte de su historia.
Greetings Hive friends. I have met many women with great strength of spirit who have overcome very difficult times in life. When my friend @actioncats invited me to participate in this wonderful Ladies of hive community contest, I immediately thought of a friend I met many years ago. She is a resilient woman and to answer the question What is her life challenge and what did she do to overcome the trial she faced?, this is part of her story.
fuenteA mi amiga la conocí en el lugar donde yo trabajaba, por su manera de ser tan cordial y su simpatía, conversaba mucho con ella en los pasillos y cuando coincidíamos en la escuela donde su hija y mi hija eran compañeras de estudio.
I met my friend at the place where I worked, because of her cordial and friendly manner, I talked a lot with her in the hallways and when we coincided at school where her daughter and my daughter were classmates.
Ella era la persona encargada de la limpieza, el cargo para la que fue contratada era "obrera de limpieza" y hacía su trabajo con amor y responsabilidad y además con eficiencia. Se había separado de su esposo y asumió casi totalmente la responsabilidad de atender a sus tres hijos. Pero a veces ocurren eventos que sorprenden y causan temor. Mi amiga comenzó a sufrir de mareos y debilidad y la razón era Leucemia, cáncer en la sangre.
She was the cleaning lady, the position she was hired for was cleaning worker and she did her job with love and responsibility and also with efficiency. She had separated from her husband and assumed almost full responsibility for the care of her three children. But sometimes surprising and frightening events happen. My friend began to suffer from dizziness and weakness and the reason was Leukemia, cancer in the blood.
Ella asumió esta enfermedad con mucha valentía y no dejó que la derrotara. Sus hijos fueron su razón más importante para hacer todo lo posible por superar esta condición del cuerpo que limita las funciones normales y puede ocasionar la muerte. Luego de hacerse los exámenes médicos comenzó el tratamiento para el cáncer. Esto fue un proceso largo y doloroso, pero al final ella logró sanar su cuerpo.
Por supuesto, después de haber superado el cáncer, mi amiga no podía seguir trabajando con productos de limpieza y el director del centro, la ubico en la Oficina de personal, como ayudante en todo lo que ella pudiera realizar.
She took on this disease with great courage and did not let it defeat her. Her children were her most important reason for doing everything possible to overcome this condition of the body that limits normal functions. And after undergoing medical tests, she began the cancer treatment. This was a long and painful process, but in the end she managed to heal her body.
Of course, after overcoming the cancer, my friend could no longer work with cleaning products and the director of the center placed her in the personnel office as an assistant in any way she could.
Con el tiempo y debido a su gran responsabilidad, ánimo y deseos de aprender, fue realizando labores que implicaban mayor conocimiento y así la ubicaron en un escritorio y realizaba el trabajo de recibir, procesar y archivar documentos.
As time went by and due to her great responsibility, encouragement and desire to learn, she began to perform tasks that implied more knowledge and so she was given a desk and performed the work of receiving, processing and filing documents.
Recuerdo especialmente un día en el cual, estábamos ella y yo esperando a nuestros hijos que llegaban del plan vacacional que organizaba la empresa. Estaba lloviendo muchísimo y oscurecía. El autobús que traía a los niños llegó y como la mayoría de la persona tenían carros, comenzaron a irse y nos quedamos ella con su niño, otra joven con su niña y yo con tres de mis hijos. Decidimos caminar hacia la avenida, aquel lugar estaba muy solo y una pequeña quebrada había crecido mucho con la lluvia y para pasar tuvimos cada una que cargar en hombros a nuestros hijos más pequeños. Fue una pequeña aventura. Por fin logramos llegar a tomar el transporte.
Pero mi amiga, al día siguiente me llamo y me dijo "Morela, tenemos que hablar con la jefa de personal y contarle lo que nos ocurrió ayer, para que le busque una solución al transporte de las personas que no tenemos vehículo". Yo la apoyé porque me pareció justo y necesario.
I especially remember one day when she and I were waiting for our children who were arriving from the vacation plan organized by the company. It was raining heavily and it was getting dark. The bus that was bringing the children arrived and as most of the people had cars, they started to leave and we were left with her and her boy, another young woman with her girl and me with three of my children. We decided to walk towards the avenue, that place was very lonely and a small creek had grown a lot with the rain and to get through we had to carry our youngest children on our shoulders. It was a small adventure. We finally made it to the bus.
But my friend called me the next day and said "Morela, we have to talk to the head of personnel and tell her what happened yesterday, so that she can find a solution for the transportation of those of us who do not have a vehicle". I supported her because I thought it was fair.
En el momento en que mi amiga habló con la jefa de personal, ella defendio con tanta emoción lo que creia correcto, que la jefa de personal la invitó a participar en el Plan Vacacional, para que la ayudara en los viajes con los niños. Ella aceptó y por supuesto se solucionó lo del transporte. En poco tiempo mi amiga comenzó a trabajar directamente en la Jefatura de Personal, como su secretaria. La gran disposición para el trabajo, su seguridad y superación ante momentos difíciles, son valores que ella proyectó a las demás personas. Yo la admiro muchísimo y se lo he dicho, pero ella tiene además algo muy importante y es la humildad y la sencillez. Eso es algo en lo que no ha cambiado.
By the time my friend spoke to the head of personnel, she was so excited to stand up for what she believed was right, that the head of personnel invited her to participate in the Vacation Plan, to help her with the trips with the children. She accepted and of course transportation was arranged. In a short time my friend began to work directly in the personnel department, as their secretary. Her great willingness to work, her confidence and overcoming difficult moments are values that she projected to other people. I admire her very much and I have told her so, but she also has something very important and that is humility and simplicity. That is something that has not changed.

@popurri tu amiga me encanta. Tiene don de liderazgo. Defiende lo que cree es correcto y no solo se queda allí sino que avanza hasta lograr cambios. Creo que con la firma fuerza y deteminación con la que afronto la enfermedad.
Hola @tibaire. Tu comentario me gustó mucho porque describes muy bien a mi amiga y creo que nosotras las mujeres tenemos ese instinto de protección y esa fortaleza que nos impulsa a superar los cambios.

Un posts de motivación, su amiga es toda una mujer guerrera y luchadora, a veces la vida nos coloca prueba difíciles, que en su momento por la presión las consideramos imposibles, pero mientras haya fe en Dios y mente positiva, todo se puede lograr, ya que la fe mueve montañas.
Las ganas de vivir por sus seres queridos no la derroto, mujer inspiradora y defensora ante sus creencias. Muy bien.

La fé es muy importante para enfrentar aquellos eventos que aparecen en nuestras vidas y que a veces nos sorprenden. Ella tuvo esa fortaleza que viene del espíritu y el instinto de protección de sus hijos.
