Hello beautiful ladies of the community, how are you?... I am very happy and grateful to God for this wonderful day. Yesterday was a very exciting day in the dance therapy group, after 2 months, our shirts arrived, a new uniform that makes us look more beautiful.
Hola bellas damas de la comunidad ¿cómo están?... Yo muy feliz y agradecida con Dios por este maravilloso día. Ayer fue un día muy emocionante en el grupo de bailoterapia, después de 2 meses, llegaron nuestras camisas, un nuevo uniforme que nos hace vernos más hermosas.
I have been part of "Bailoterapia Chuparín" for almost 1 year, a group of fabulous women who meet week after week to dance and have a good time. Once a month we meet at the Paseo de la Cruz y el Mar, an extremely wonderful place to walk, exercise and spend a very pleasant time in the company of the family, there we place our cornet and invite people to join us to have fun with us.
Ya tengo casi 1 año que formo parte de “Bailoterapia Chuparín”, un grupo de mujeres fabulosas que semana tras semanas nos encontramos para bailar y pasar un rato bien agradable. Una vez al mes nos reunimos en el Paseo de la Cruz y el Mar, un lugar sumamente estupendo para pasear, hacer ejercicios y pasar un rato bien agradable en compañía de la familia, allí colocamos nuestra corneta e invitamos a personas a que se unan a divertirse con nosotros.
For these outings, the teacher chose the color of the shirt and the lycra, the lycra is always black, but the color of the shirt varied because we didn't have a uniform.But thanks to God and the collaboration of each one of us, we have our uniform.
It was expected that all the compañeras would be there, but there are some sick and others who for personal reasons could not attend. The information was passed around the group, apart from the fact that on Wednesday we have to wear our shirts for the first time in the Paseo de la Cruz y el Mar, apart from bringing a snack to share.
Para estas salidas la profesora elegía el color de la camisa y la licra, siempre la licra es negra pero la camisa variaba el color debido a que no teníamos uniforme. Pero gracias a Dios y la colaboración de cada una de nosotras, tenemos nuestro uniforme.
Se esperaba que fueran todas las compañeras pero hay unas enfermas y otras que por motivos personales no pudieron asistir. Se pasó la información por el grupo, aparte que el día miércoles nos toca ir a estrenar nuestras camisas en el Paseo de la Cruz y el Mar, aparte de llevar refrigerio para compartir.
Apart from doing exercises with broomsticks, weights and a mat, we also learn choreography for when we have to dance in other places. We took advantage of yesterday to finish tuning a salsa that we love and a reggaeton that is practically new, but the steps are very easy, in two days of practice we have made a lot of progress.
When I joined this group my plans were mainly to lose weight, well everyone's, but personally it has become the best therapy to release stress and relax. I have a lot of back pain and in the dance therapy it doesn't hurt at all, which is wonderful for me since I avoid taking pills. However, I must go to consultation to rule out and avoid complications.
Aparte de hacer ejercicios con palos de escoba, pesas y colchoneta, también nos aprendemos coreografías para cuando nos toque bailar en otros lugares. Aprovechamos el día de ayer para terminar de afinar una salsa que nos encanta y un reggaetón que prácticamente es nuevo, pero los pasos son muy fáciles, en dos días de practica hemos logrado avanzar bastante.
Cuando ingrese a este grupo mis planes era principalmente rebajar, bueno el de todas, pero en lo personal se ha vuelto la mejor terapia para liberar estrés y relajarme. Estoy sufriendo de muchos dolores de espalda y la bailoterapia no me duele absolutamente nada, lo cual es maravilloso para mí ya que evito tomar pastillas. Sin embargo, debo ir a una consulta para descartar y evitar complicaciones.
The group is very well integrated, we are not only dance partners, but also good friends, from time to time we get together to eat ice cream, go shopping or simply meet at a house and have a very pleasant time.
Joining this group of fabulous women has brought me many benefits, not only for my health, but also on a personal level, each of us has something that identifies us and is what makes us special.
El grupo está muy bien compenetrado, no solo somos compañeras de baile, sino que también buenas amigas, de vez en cuando nos reunimos a comer helado, vamos de compras o simplemente nos reunimos en una casa y pasamos un rato bien agradable.
Unirme a este grupo de fabulosas mujeres ha traigo muchos beneficios para mí, no solo por mi salud, sino que también a nivel personal, cada una de nosotras tiene algo que nos identifica y es lo que nos hace especiales.
This new uniform is an achievement of all, I am very happy for the grain of sand that each one has done so that the group integrates more every day and therefore stronger.
Este nuevo uniforme es un logro de todas, estoy muy feliz por el granito de arena que cada una ha puesto para que el grupo se integre cada día mas y por ende más fuerte.
