I live in the middle of Dhaka city, the capital of Bangladesh. Every country has some interesting issues but also some problems but we still love our cities. Because every city has something special that attracts the people of that city. I also have some things like this that I always try to enjoy. Now if you want to come to me, I will present to you at the beginning my favorite things and draw your attention to them.
Dhaka University - ‘Liberation and Democracy’ Arch
One of the best places for anyone living in Dhaka city is the Dhaka University area or its campuses. I like it a lot. The location of its campuses in different forms, there are lots of trees. Honestly, this is a great place to spend some time.
Here you can see a lot of Dhaka city as well as get a chance to know some great information about Bangladesh and its past-present and culture. In this case I will take you to Bangladesh Charu Kala Shilpa Academy and Bangla Academy building.
Lalbagh Fort, Old Dhaka
Then, while staying in Dhaka, the one that I like most about the past heritage and I almost go to visit it is Lalbagh Fort. A great example of Dhaka's past history, it still stands as a witness of time. This is a very interesting place for the people of old Dhaka, so every day a lot of people go to visit this old historical place.
Its past history and installation techniques will fascinate you immensely. There are many memorable events associated with the history of Dhaka. Here you will find many valuable specimens of that time.
Ramna Park in Dhaka
Then I will take you to one of the most beautiful places in our city, which has a place in the pages of history. That is Ramna Park in Dhaka. The people of this congested city rush to this park of green nature to breathe a sigh of relief. However, much has changed through reform. Thousands of people are here every day, taking their loved ones by the side and trying to enjoy some time in the green nature in a different way.
A very nice park, although its size is much smaller than before. But it is still a beautiful place in the heart of the people of the city. Many people call it Oxygen Factory in Dhaka city.
Beautiful Rural Environment of Village
At the very end I will tell you to enjoy the real form of Bangladesh with me. Yes, if you want to enjoy the true beauty of Bangladesh, you have to go with me in the rural environment, to enjoy all the wonderful views of green nature.
The nature of green Bengal and all the wonderful scenery will fascinate you. You get lost in another world you think you have, a great opportunity to refresh yourself. Most of the people in our country still live in rural environment and they are involved in agricultural work. I like the culture of rural people and their daily life.
Traditional Flavored Foods
Then at the end of the day I will introduce you to the traditional flavored foods of our city, I am sure after eating it your different feeling will become more awake and you will start liking these foods. We eat a lot of fried food before noon and in the evening, most of the people in our town like this kind of food.
This is how I will take you to my hometown.
