Something very valuable in a positive way, is that for the first time in many years I managed to raise some money to fix a house that I need to remodel.

Yes, it is something very exciting, since I saw the possibility of it finally being a fact, I keep thinking about it, it seems incredible to me that it is closer to be a reality.
