It's my disorder now, I don't feel alive if I'm not exhausted at the end of the day. Haha
Lol, I guess it's a sign of having your day well spent as opposed to not doing much throughout the day and still feeling tired after the end of the day, which I sometimes experience :)
Hahaha I'm more on physical activity but my body is taking a toll so it's no good for me
Oh yes, I think the body needs more rest that we like to give it lol. Better listen to your body sometimes and take that much needed rest :)
