ASSUMING 50 WITH POWER

Para aquella mujer que apenas comienza, en una nueva etapa de tú vida:
La de las primeras arrugas, que aparecen cuando ríes, alrededor de la comisura de tus labios, esas arrugas pequeñas pero notables cuando se encoge tu entrecejo, esas que comienzan a notarse cerca de tus ojos sonrientes o llorosos. La de las canas blancas brillantes que se mezclan con el color de tu pelo, la que comienzan a salir en tus cejas y denotan la aparición de tu recién avanzada edad. La del caminar más pausado, pues te haz comenzado a cansar más rápido que antes. La de los calorones sin calor, pues comienza a desaparecer la menstruación, pero que anda en ése estira y encoje porque aunque no le viene durante 3 o más meses, de repente le llega una hemorragia de más de 10 días. Esa es la Mujer que entra en el "Pre-Escolar" de la 3era. edad , ósea que no es anciana pero tampoco Joven, a ésta Mujer es a la que quiero decirles (desde el fondo de mi corazón y mi alma):
Confieso que al entrar a los 50 años, la vida da un vuelco ante tus ojos, pues es verdad que tú imagen en el espejo no es la jóven soñadora, dinámica, pasionaria y con un mundo de ganas de vivir y experimentar cada cosa que se le presenta, pero esa jóven aún vive dentro de tí y es la que empuja ese cuerpo, mente y corazón para no dejarte abatir por cansancio o frustración. Así que asume tú edad con orgullo, libertad y felicidad pues vas a experimentar las mismas emocioned con otra perspectiva de vida, celebra el arte de seguir viviendo y soñando, bajo el mismo cielo. ¡Nos leemos pronto! |
For that woman who is just starting out, in a new stage of your life: The one of the first wrinkles, that appear when you laugh, around the corner of your lips, those small but noticeable wrinkles when your frown shrinks, those that begin to show near your smiling or teary eyes. The bright white gray hair that blends with the color of your hair, the one that begins to appear in your eyebrows and denote the appearance of your newly advanced age. The one of the slower walk, because you have started to get tired faster than before. The one of the hot without heat, because menstruation begins to disappear, but that walks in that stretch and shrink because although it does not come for 3 or more months, suddenly comes a hemorrhage of more than 10 days. This is the woman who enters the "Pre-School" of the 3rd age, that is, she is not old but not young either, this is the woman to whom I want to tell you (from the bottom of my heart and soul):
It is true that your image in the mirror is not the young dreamer, dynamic, passionate and with a world of desire to live and experience everything that comes your way, but that young woman still lives inside of you and is the one that pushes your body, mind and heart to not let you get discouraged by tiredness or frustration. So assume your age with pride, freedom and happiness because you will experience the same emotions with a different perspective of life, celebrate the art of continuing to live and dream, under the same sky.
