It happens to me as well
Suddenly ideas,thoughts and expressive words pop up into my mind. If i pen down them immediately it will not take much to increase cohesion but if delay due to any reasons or wait for proper time to write , it will really become arduous for me.
Actually when we start anything we will go with it in flow but pauses break the rhythm.We can’t deny the importance of breaks as well as they resuscitate us filling our energy.
We can sum up saying that long breaks should be avoided

Right. Long breaks should be avoided.
Waiting for the right time to write often ends up in zero production. We need to design ourselves the way to utilize the chunks of time available to us. It is, however, not easy.
