I always live in regret each time I remember that I graduated from school almost a decade ago only for it to look like I haven't been to school. Not because I didn't graduate with a good grade or because I can't express myself, but the fact that all the things I learned in school have no applicability in real life. I can make use of the things I learned in school. It's of no use to me. It seems to me that I wasted my precious time and resources altogether on a thing that has no value.
Most times, I do think that if I could have a second chance in life I'll go back to school and rewrite my wrongs. But at this point, going back to school will be difficult because of the time and resources needed.
During my undergraduate days, I was sponsored by my parents, and I also had the time, not today, responsibilities are too much on me. Taking care of myself and other people.
The same situation I am facing right now, a lot of people are facing the same. During my time in school, I was not well informed about the outcome of things in life. In other words, I wasn't told the reality of life after school. The only information at my disposal was that with education you'd be successful in life, hence as a result of that, I spent all of my time reading books, attending classes without giving a chance to other opportunities which showed up. I saw those opportunities as a distraction to my academic pursuits hence I waved them off. In fact, those who grabbed those opportunities are making use of them today.
In a nutshell, if I am given a second chance in life, what I'd do is go back to school and study a professional course that will be useful in my environment.

The resources needed is the main challenge
So sorry that you were not properly guided, many of did same mistake going for those courses without considering the future and today most people are regretting it
I found out that academics didn't suit me at all. I was a disappointment to my mother as she wanted me to be an Engineer. It is a competitive and academic discipline that was not motivating to me. I did discover my gifting in Nursing care that I found very satisfying and fulfilling. I'm retired now.
