@yechee...
The last sentence of your post... yes, the one below:
"Most importantly, I've realized that the decisions that change your life will not always come from a comfortable place. Sometimes they will demand courage and a level of discomfort that feels overwhelming at first. But they will end up being the choices that will lead you into a better version of yourself. If you're reading this, I genuinely hope that you find the courage to take that hard decision you've been putting off because you never know which one of them will change something in your life."
You know this speaks volumes! I am reminded of conversations with our grandkids, in particular, about food items. "Here! Try some broccoli!" You already know there's a good chance they will say they don't like it without ever having tried it, to begin with LOL. As we get older, these same situations often present themselves to us. But when it involves all these adult things... right? Then things are quite different. When I say your closing sentence speaks volumes? Well... I, too, have been in similar situations, and your words ring with the explanation of experience. Don't ever lose this admirable quality!

Oh, Wes!🥰 Thank you so much for taking out time to leave a comment on my post. I truly appreciate your words. And the analogy of the kids' instant dislike for broccoli and some of our life's struggles is just spot on. But I believe what matters is the fact that we're brave and open enough to accept/make difficult decisions at the time when it matters the most.
I'm glad you could relate to my words and while I hope never to lose this admirable trait you speak of, I wish you more goodness and courage to carry on for the future. Enjoy your weekend, my good sir.❤️
