Hello beautiful ladies of hive! It's yet another week with intriguing prompts. I am still personally trying to find my way around the crypto world and trust me the journey hasn't exactly been an easy one. It's like new updates come up each and every day.
Do you think men or women take more risks trading in the cryptocurrencies market, and why?
Now to the question. Even though women are really daring and always try to get their voices heard, at the moment I would say that the men are the ones taking the most risk in the cryptocurrency market.
The men are the ones that face the risk head on and invest all their time and energy into the crypto market. I guess the women are not really into it because of one, the emotional trauma involved, two, the complexity of the market and three some women prefer going shopping instead.
When I say emotional trauma, I mean it. I can't count the number of times my male friends have gotten a mood swing because they logged into an app and saw that prices of certain coins have dropped. It takes a lot of courage to face that and still keep striving.
The males always find a way of staying positive. If the prices drop today, they shall rise again someday. Now that's a lot to handle. Just imagine hopping on something that you're not even sure of. You don't even know if the prices will rise again.
Moving to the complexities. The crypto market feels like a further mathematics textbook to some people and to others it's just another interesting novel. Most ladies are not really used to the whole trading, buying and marketing of cryptocurrencies. These things take time to be learnt.
There's no doubt that there are some ladies out there who are making waves in the cryptocurrency market and that makes me feel so proud, but on this I would say the males are taking the lead. I hope that someday, the female gender would gather enough courage, gain more information, build on the information and make an impact in the cryptocurrency market and the world ultimately.

I am actually with you on this. Women are not really into the crypto world because of the many risks there are to consider, but it is not bad to take risks sometimes.

I think both men and women are now equal and risk takers.. Although we saw more men making technical analysis and trading, just imagine the number of ladies here, we all are trading since we are on this blockchain-based platform. 😊..I consider ourselves risk-takers..

We can't deny that there are women in tech but as you said it takes a lot to deal with the fluctuating markets daily. Women are emotional beings while men are logical so it only makes sense. Hehe.

I also think men take risk more than woman. There are this modern woman who also engage on Crypto Trading but man is much more invested to it. But both can do that much, I love it that woman can keep with men when it comes to Cryptos.
