Hola hermosa gente de #LadiesOfHive, tenia mucho tiempo sin publicar en este comunidad tan linda a pesar de que he querido hacerlo varias veces. Ahora aprovechando la invitación de la linda @chocopao a la edición #30 del concurso semanal de Ladies of Hive, realice mi participación que es la que ahora mismo estoy compartiendo.
Para esta edición, se nos hacen dos preguntas muy interesantes:
- ¿Cuál es la comida que nunca has probado pero te gustaría hacerlo?
- ¿Qué fue algo que empezó mal pero terminó bien para ti?
En mi caso responderé la pregunta número 2, hablaré de las comidas (porque es más de una) que siempre he querido probar pero que un no he tenido el placer de hacerlo.

Hello beautiful people of #LadiesOfHive, I had a long time without posting in this beautiful community even though I have wanted to do it several times. Now taking advantage of the invitation of the beautiful @chocopao to the #30 edition of the Ladies of Hive weekly contest, I made my participation which is the one I'm sharing right now.
For this edition, we are asked two very interesting questions:
- What food have you never eaten but would really like to try?
- What was something that started out badly for you, but ended up great?
In my case I'll answer question number 2, I'll talk about the foods (because it's more than one) that I've always wanted to try but haven't had the pleasure of doing so.

¿Que comida no has comido pero en verdad te gustaría probar?
What food have you never eaten but would really like to try?
Comida Hindú
La comida Hindú así como su cultura siempre me han llamado mucho la atención, he visto en muchos canales de cocina a esas personas que se dedican a viajar por el mundo probando la gastronomía de los países. Las comidas que más me fascinaron fueron las típicas de la India, con sus especias y combinaciones fuertes de sabores. Se veía espectacular el proceso de creación de un pollo o unos fideos al estilo hindú y este tipo de gastronomía se convirtió sin duda alguna en comidas que quiero (y espero) degustar algún día.
Indian food Indian food as well as its culture have always caught my attention, I have seen in many cooking channels those people who are dedicated to travel the world tasting the cuisine of the countries. The foods that fascinated me the most were the typical Indian ones, with their spices and strong combinations of flavors. It looked spectacular the process of creating an Indian style chicken or noodles and this type of gastronomy became without a doubt foods that I want (and hope) to taste someday.
Tacos mexicanos
La comida mexicana es muy amplia y muy bien hecha, ellos se enorgullecen de su gastronomía y la disfrutan con mucho amor y felicidad. Una de las comidas típicas de este país que siempre he querido probar son los tacos, esas tortillas de maíz rellenas con un sin fin de ingredientes y variaciones (carne, pollo, chorizo, pescado, etc.) Y que se ve simplemente delicioso, no me canso de ver los programas de cocina donde los chefs son mexicanos y casi todo lo acompañan con un buen taco.
Mexican tacos Mexican food is very wide and very well done, they take pride in their gastronomy and enjoy it with a lot of love and happiness. One of the typical foods of this country that I have always wanted to try are tacos, those corn tortillas filled with endless ingredients and variations (meat, chicken, chorizo, fish, etc.) And that looks simply delicious, I never get tired of watching cooking shows where the chefs are Mexican and almost everything is accompanied with a good taco.
Barbacoa coreana
De nuevo, hay un programa que me gusta ver de una chef que viaja por el mundo probando la comida de todos los países se llama "Me voy a comer el mundo" y en uno de los episodios ella fue a Corea donde los guías la llevaron a un restaurante para que probará la barbacoa coreana, se hace con una carne típica del país que al parecer les gusta mucho y la cocinan ellos mismos en la mesa en una pequeña plancha y la acompañan con arroz y vegetales. Me dio muchísima curiosidad (y hambre) al ver ese platillo y puse en mi lista de metas algún día comer una barbacoa coreana.
Korean barbecue Again, there is a program that I like to watch about a chef who travels around the world trying the food of all countries is called "I'm going to eat the world" and in one of the episodes she went to Korea where the guides took her to a restaurant to try Korean barbecue, it is made with a typical meat of the country that apparently they like very much and they cook it themselves at the table on a small griddle and accompany it with rice and vegetables. I was very curious (and hungry) when I saw this dish and I put on my list of goals to eat Korean barbecue someday.
Despedida
Bueno gente, esto es todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado porque yo me divertí mucho buscando imágenes de comida (y me dio hambre de nuevo), este post no es muy largo porque no he probado ninguna de estas comidas así que no puedo dar una opinión muy extensa pero en verdad quiero probarlas.
En especial, quiero saber que opina @mileshare acerca de esto así que la invito a participar.

Goodbye Well, people. This is it for today, I hope you liked it cause I had so much fun looking for food images (and getting hungry again), this post is not that long because I still haven't tasted any of this foods so I can't really give an extended opinion about it but I really want to try.
Specially, I want to know what @mileshare think about this so I invite her to participate.
