2️⃣¿Cuál es tu fiesta favorita del año y por qué?
Para mi ambas preguntas están relacionadas, porque la época en donde más realizo actividades relacionadas a mis pasiones de vida es también mi festividad favorita, en este caso la navidad, para mi significa la oportunidad de compartir con mi familia, me apasiona pasar tiempo de calidad con ellos, además que en esta época siempre cocino platos típicos navideños, me apasiona la cocina casera así que siempre trato de deleitar a mi familia con mis preparaciones pero sobre todo a mis nietos.

For me both questions are related, because the time when I do the most activities related to my life passions is also my favorite holiday, in this case Christmas, for me it means the opportunity to share with my family, I am passionate about spending quality time with them, and at this time I always cook typical Christmas dishes, I am passionate about home cooking so I always try to delight my family with my preparations but especially my grandchildren.
Siempre habrá la oportunidad de cocinar en todo el año, pero en diciembre es diferente, sola la preparación de hallacas que es el plato principal de las mesas navideñas, consume un gran tiempo, desde la comprar de los ingredientes los cuales sin muy variados para el guiso dependiendo de la zona del país, también está la prepararon de la hojas de plátano para envolver la masa de maíz que contiene adentro el relleno jugoso de carnes y vegetales, en los tiempo de mayor crisis económica se decía que no había navidad si no había hallacas en cada hogar venezolano y esto tenía una razón, el motivo de compartir en familia obviamente es la unión familia y el amor sobre todas las cosas, pero nuestra excusa para esta reunión siempre es la cena navideña.

Poder tener la oportunidad preparar los platos navideños y tener a mis seres queridos juntos, me hace sentir una gran alegría, mi agradecimiento a Dios es mucho, gracias a su bondad y misericordia podemos disfrutar de estos placeres de la vida, ver el rostro de felicidad en los niños y abrazar a la familia son cosas incomparables y la navidad es el reflejo de esta manifestación de amor, estoy muy a favor de la conservación de la tradición navideña de reunirse para cenar en familia y espero esto se siga manteniendo en los años venideros.
