Garden facilities with greenery and water views consist of three large and small fountains with a size of 15 to 30 meters. Construction of the watercourse was completed in May 1990. On the north side of the park there are lush trees and greenery where people can rest to enjoy the view or let their pets roam freely in the park. On the south side of the park there is a plaza for events or outdoor stages of Tokyo festivals, including the annual Earth Day, Thai Festival and One Love Jamaica. The park is open 24 hours, and includes parking.
