Hola linda comunidad de Ladies of Hive, reciban un cariñoso abrazo de mi parte, deseo que se encuentre muy bien el día de hoy, alegres y contentos por esta semana que acaba de iniciar dándonos a todos una oportunidad de lograr eso que tanto deseamos. Este concurso # me encantó ya que nos lleva contar eso que tantos deseamos, eso que soñamos y que solo vemos visualizado en nuestra mente... Yo hoy les voy a contar cuál es mi gran sueño, si el dinero no fuera el problema ❤️😍
¿Cuál es el gran sueño de tu vida? Si el dinero no fuera problema y pudieras hacer con tu tiempo lo que quisieras, ¿qué harías con él? ¿Qué crearía?
Definitivamente mi gran sueño es ser una empresaria, tener mi propio negocio; este sería una tienda de Maquillaje, dónde nosostras las mujeres, podamos encontrar todo lo que necesitamos para embellecerlos y para el cuidado de la piel, dónde vendería productos de calidad a un precio razonable; dedicaria todo mi tiempo a formar una empresa sólida, dónde generaría empleos de forma directa, me encargaria de captar al personal yo misma y de ofrecer buenos beneficios, estaría al pendiente de que mi personal se capacite para así poder darle a nuestras clientas atención precisa y buenos consejos para que adquieran producto especiales para su tipo de piel.
También, mi negocio deseo que funcione como centro de capacitación para así poder dar cursos y formaciones, de maquillaje, automaquillaje y cuidado de piel, es por esto que debo de reclutar un personal altamente capacitado o ayudarlos a capacitarse; para que las clientas se sientan en total confianza y a gusto con nosostros. Tendría un espacio ambientado solo con lo mejor de nuestros productos para que maquilladoras capacitadas estén listas para atender a toda la gente bella que desee elaborarse maquillajes para fiestas eventos y muchas cosas más con nosostros.
¿Por qué deseo tener este tipo de negocio? porque a través del tiempo me he dado cuenta, cuando ando buscando algún tipo de maquillaje o producto para la piel, en mi ciudad: primero todos los precios son super elevados y segundo, cuando te dedicas a leer la etiqueta del producto te das cuenta que son imitaciones muy buenas del mismo que te las hacen pasar como originales y siento personalmente, que están estafando a las personas. También noto que algunas vendedoras venden un producto solo por vender o a veces te dan una mala asesoría y terminamos comprando algo que no es lo más adecuado para nuestro tipo de piel. Es por eso, mi deseo de poder captar un personal sincero carismático que trate bien a los clientes y que este capacitado o yo ayudarlos a capacitarse sino tienen la forma de hacerlo, para así lograr formar un equipo altamente efectivo, capacitado y logrando así formar una empresa sólida.

What is the big dream of your life? If money wasn't a problem and you could do with your time what you wanted, what would you do with it? What would you create??
Definitely my big dream is to be an entrepreneur, to have my own business; this would be a makeup store, where we women can find everything we need to beautify them and for skin care, where I would sell quality products at a reasonable price; I would dedicate all my time to form a solid company, where I would generate jobs directly, I would be in charge of recruiting the staff myself and offer good benefits, I would make sure that my staff is trained to give our customers accurate attention and good advice to acquire special products for your skin type.
Also, I want my business to work as a training center so I can give courses and training, makeup, automatic makeup and skin care, that is why I must recruit a highly trained staff or help them to train, so that customers feel totally confident and comfortable with us. I would have a space set only with the best of our products so that trained makeup artists are ready to serve all the beautiful people who want to elaborate makeup for parties, events and many more things with us.
Why do I want to have this kind of business? Because through time I have realized, when I am looking for some kind of makeup or skin products, in my city: first all the prices are super high and second, when you read the label of the product you realize that they are very good imitations of the same that they pass them off as originals and I feel personally, that they are ripping people off. I also notice that some sellers sell a product just to sell or sometimes they give you bad advice and we end up buying something that is not the most suitable for our skin type. That is why, my desire to be able to capture a sincere charismatic staff that treats customers well and that is trained or I help them to be trained if they do not have the means to do so, in order to form a highly effective team, trained and thus achieving a solid company.
