This proposal of @irenenavarroart, in the weekly initiative #255 of the LOH community, , I like it.
This week's Ladies of hive proposal, is the choice between a big house that needs repairs or a small one that is ready to move in.
I want everything ready to inhabit today, but before with my good purchasing power, I bought and remodeled everything.
The house I live in is small, but it's fine for us, it's three bedrooms and it's just me and my son.
My daughter got married and moved out.
I had bought an apartment and sold it to buy this house.
Here there is always water, the apartment where I lived for almost nine years, the water was turned on three times a day, for an hour each time.
That situation was very difficult.
The apartment was very comfortable, but I like living at home, on the ground, I bought an apartment to have something of my own, but in my mind it was to have a house.
Although this house was habitable, we did not move in immediately.
I had the kitchen built in, the closets, and I changed the floors in their entirety.
The bathrooms were also renovated. One of the bedrooms was also enlarged. Although the house wasn't new, it looked like new because almost everything was replaced.
The garden wasn't enclosed; it was just as it was sold, and people could walk right into the house. Currently, I need to make some repairs, so if I have the money I earned, I'll buy the small house that's ready and sell it for a higher price.
With that, I maintain it. I'm very happy with my house. I have plants that have been very helpful.
I have aloe vera plants, banana trees, which have given me many bunches, guava plants, basil plants, turmeric plants, spinach plants, and I've had passion fruit plants. In short, I can't complain about my purchase.
Even if a large house is cheap, the costs will be higher. A small, move-in ready house is preferable. If you want to expand, you can build a floor on the upper level. And even if it's move-in ready, there's always the possibility of making changes to your liking.

La propuesta de esta semana de Ladies of hive, es la elección entre una casa grande que requiere reparaciones o una pequeña que está lista para mudarse.
Quiero todo listo para habitar en la actualidad, pero antes con mi buen poder adquisitivo, compré y remodele todo.
La casa donde vivo es pequeña, pero para nosotros está bien, son tres habitaciones y solo estamos mi hijo y yo .
Mi hija se casó y se mudo.
Yo había comprado un apartamento y lo vendí para comprar esta casa.
Aqui siempre hay agua, el apartamento donde viví por casi nueve años, le ponían el agua tres veces al día, por una hora cada vez .
Esa situación era muy difícil.
El apartamento era muy cómodo, pero me gusta más vivir en casa, pisando la tierra, compré apartamento para tener algo propio, pero en mi mente era tener una casa .
Esta casa aunque estaba habitable, no nos mudamos de inmediato.
Le mandé a hacer la cocina empotrada , los closets, y le cambié los pisos en su totalidad.
Tambien los baños, todo fue cambiado.
Una de las habitaciones también fue ampliada.
Aunque la casa no era nueva, quedó como nueva, porque casi todo se cambió.
No tenía cerrado el jardín, estaba tal cual la vendieron y la gente podía entrar directamente a la casa .
En la actualidad tengo que hacer unas reparaciones, así que si tengo el dinero que me gané, opto por comprar la casa pequeña que está lista y la vendo , a un precio mayor.
Con eso le hago mantenimiento a esta .
Yo estoy muy contenta con mi casa, tengo matas que me han sido de mucho provecho.
Tengo matas de Aloe vera, cambures, que me han dado muchos racimos, matas de guayaba, de albahaca, cúrcuma, espinaca, he tenido matas de maracuyá.
En fin, que no me puedo quejar de mi adquisición.
Una casa grande aunque sea barata, los costos serán más altos , es preferible una pequeña y lista para habitar, si se quiere agrandar se hace una planta, en el nivel superior.
Y aún lista para habitar siempre hay la posibilidad de realizar cambios al gusto de uno.

The small house can be expanded in the future if possible, but without the stress of repairs.
