Maybe I've explained it wrongly. I was only working at the time and didn't have the time for sports.
I was travelling around and walked around a lot so I would have registered a lot of steps... !STRIDE !HUG

What I meant was that you have more energy do to more things on any given day back then despite the lack of time. 🤔🤯 !LUV !DIY

You meant that if you already used the #Actifit and/or #Strava app back then, then the app would have counted a lot of steps and made you win fitness competitions even if you weren't intentionally exercising. 🤓😏 !PIZZA
