This song came up randomly on Spotify today. At first, the voice didn’t catch me... It felt familiar, almost generic. But something in the chorus made me stay. By the end, I was curious enough to read the lyrics. That’s when it hit me: I actually really liked it. #music

It is a good song, it evokes strong emotions. Catchy and true to life. Art imitates life, and this does so very well. Music is how you paint time, and a song will often transport you back to the time and place where you first heard it. Over time song meanings seems to grow.
What you told me is interesting, because many times I've heard a song, started to really like it, and in the future it took on a special meaning because of something I experienced.
