True we do have a power down, but what the KE ratio doesn’t say is that we then give 75% of these HIVE away as rewards. Good answer!
People say extracting from Hive, but it's actually the Powered down Hive - Earned rewards for an account.
Powering down Hive, trading it for HBD and putting it into saving will also have a 'negative effect' on your KE number.
With my Topcomment project we also payout delegators.
No, KE is just a tool that doesnt say the entire truth.
