Not the best clear-sky night, but we take what we can. So far, between November and now, we've had about 5 nights with over 3 hrs of visible stars, before the overcast takes over.
Fun fact: the border between light & dark on any planetary body is called the "terminator"

That's my kind of fun. :)
Yeah! Come over for a visit, and you'll get a tour of the Equatorial sky
My pleasure. :)
This is what life is about. The universe is your big screen tv. Excellent set up!
Thats exactly it, being able to see things we take so much for granted in a completely different level of detail, and share that with others gives me so much joy!
My tele is built for observation, and the setup is about 75% complete (for what i need).
The rest is location.
I love your little setup there, looks very cosy XD Hope there's no biting insects! Nice bonus moon shot :D
😂 There are hundreds of mosquitos lol - paradise comes with it's price.
We apply repellant, wear layers, and mostly hope for the best.
I thought there would be mosquitoes but one could hope XD
Woahhh this is beautiful and I just learned something new.
Thank you! I love sharing fun astronomy facts 🪐🌌✨️
