Arandy made it through another night, and already knows the feeding routine.

Sort:

Arandy is getting stronger each day.

Well done, @ankapolo.

Thank you, so far he seesms to be surviving ad thriving.

One step at a time.

How cute! What kind of species is it?

Thank you! We think that its either Grey-cheeked parakeet or possibly green or blue Pacific Parrotlet. We don't know for sure, because it was found on the ground, and we have these birds everywhere... but the little kido is showing bluish feathers... so we are yet to determine.

It's a surprise what it will be ❤️

💚💙🤍

This is awesome to hear... Glad you are doing this. 🤘🫂
Makes me remember the time i did that with a sparrow when i was a kid.

Aww! Hope the little sparrow made it.
I'm surprised myself i never took care of a tiny bird like that. I must say chatGPT really helps.

After, the sparrow came back a few times... then my family moved away from the place there.
Hahaha, chatgpt... didn't need that then. I served him/her mostly raw ground meat. Even earthworms... :smirk:

See, i would have done the same ad killed him. Parrots dont ear meat or warms... for them it's egg yolk, eatmeal and banana only. Also at very specific proportions and temperature

😬😳... i still was informed about the what and how. a friend of my parents was an ornithologist.

unfortunately I don't have such a person to ask... today we spent half a day trying to find a bird sanctuary within reasonable distance from us, with no luck so far.

Thsts so cute! Glad he maded it and came to visit you. I think that i will free mine too when its able to fly and the season is warm

i'm sure her/he will stay around... sparrows are more travelling i guess 🤷

yeah, parrots seem to be a lot more bonded to who ever raises them.

Really nice baby

Ty 💚💙

Good 👍😊
