You're welcome, my friend, it's like the jabuticaba fruit. We have plenty of them here in Brazil, and many people from abroad have no idea what they taste like, but I can guarantee they're sweet and soft.
Have you ever tried jabuticaba? They're similar in shape to grapes.
The curious thing about the jaboticaba is that, just like in the image, it sprouts on the main trunk and thicker branches, unlike the fruits that sprout at the ends of the branches.
Now that I've stopped to try and remember, I don't think I've ever eaten a fig. I don't remember the taste, so I guess I've never tried it. 😅
A beautiful photo, by the way. 📸
Greetings @coyotelation ,
Thank you for your dropping by.
Sorry to hear you have not eaten a fig....perhaps you will someday.
Appreciate your kind words with regard to the photograph. ^__^
Kind Regards, Bleujay

Interesting @coyotelation ....the fruit looks lovely!
To answer your kind query...I have neither heard of them nor eaten them.
Thank you for introducing me to this amazing fruit. ^__^
I hope you can try it someday.

Bountiful gift from nature.
What fruit is this please?
