Dude I have no idea...It's very confusing.
I thought it was a template, so I left it blank. Then I thought i created a meme....But needed to be approved.
Oh yes, AcidYo is manually approving them. You can look in the image gallery to the right of the submission form to see if it's approved. It's just him, so he only does it a couple times a day. He has a lot of projects to tend to
