One of my favorite parts of Cuenca has been how bike friendly the city is. The city has bike lanes everywhere as well as bike stations sprinkled around Cuenca. 15$ for 3 month bicicuenca membership. Unlimited use of the bikes from 6am to 8pm. Amazing!

Interesting. I think I would love to ride a bike if I were there. $15 for a month is not too much.
15$ for 3 months. So that works out at 5$ a month
It's much but not really much, it depends on the income rate of the country
