If Hive creators actually want to make a living, they need to stop depending on the inflation pool and start building direct relationships with their audience. Tips, subscriptions, actual value exchange. The reward pool was never meant to be your salary.

...Actual value exchange... You know, things that actually drive an economy. Look at Patreon for example. Creators are making a living by providing value to their audience. Not by printing virtual "money" that loses value over time.
