It’s so easy to make and so many different variations to play around with. I actually have a super easy version using only 4 ingredients from Trader Joe’s.
I gotta tell you... about three months ago, my wife and I went to the pescaderia. We hardly ever go but that day we wanted to break routine. The fish she wanted, they had run out, but this guy offers us barracuda. I'm like... ok... Came home, cooked it. My wife was blown away.
